PROJECT MANAGER

Description du poste
Role: Responsibility for overall project management and execution of new account planning process for large international customers. Individual will ensure successful project roll out, field implementation, and ongoing support for France sales teams.
General:
- Oversee program rollout and execution
- Communicate with sales leadership on program direction and strategy
- Support and coach sales team on new process, deliverables, and sales opportunities
- Monitor execution of sales teams; providing regular progress reporting and action plans to sales leadership
- Develop and execute regional communication and implementation plans
- Be a catalyst of change; developing relationships with key stakeholders and field agents to widen circle of awareness and engagement
- Train and support sales teams on related sales implementation tools

Informations complémentaires:
Required : 1-2 years project management experience, 3-5 years sales experience and/or experience coaching/training sales people
